Job description:
1. Provide HR support to the operations department; establish and optimize the company's organizational structure, define departmental responsibilities, and refine employee job descriptions.
2. Draft, revise, and improve company rules and regulations, and oversee their implementation and compliance.
3. Analyze the company's human resources status and needs, develop recruitment plans based on operational requirements, and organize recruitment activities to meet staffing demands.
4. Take full responsibility for training management within supported departments; conduct employee competency assessments and job evaluations.
5. Address employee concerns, serve as a bridge for communication between staff and the company, objectively analyze gaps between employee needs and company provisions, and provide recommendations for adjusting incentive measures.
6. Organize performance evaluations, performance communication, and feedback sessions in accordance with company policies; provide basis for employee selection, transfer, promotion, rotation, and training.
7. Stay updated on market salary trends, design and implement fair, motivating, and effective compensation schemes.
8. Conduct performance appraisals and provide guidance to departmental staff, ensuring the effective execution of various HR tasks.
9. Design and enhance welfare management policies, systems, and tools, continuously optimizing them; handle labor disputes; implement employee care initiatives and organize staff activities.
10.Independently manage HR operations for the Chengdu subsidiary company.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above (full-time), with approximately 8 years of work experience. Candidates with an IT industry background or consulting experience are preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in large enterprises, including at least 2 years in an HR Manager role, with experience leading teams of 5 or more members.
3. Strong team management and team-building capabilities; solid HR professional competence.
4. Substantial experience in performance and incentive management, able to independently handle related tasks and provide recommendations on HR strategy, organizational development, performance, and incentives.
5. Experience in employee training & development and related external liaison work.
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work under pressure with strong execution and problem-solving skills; clear mathematical and logical thinking.
